Initial Client Consultation Form

When I first get enquiries on my website for weddings, I always ask that before we meet, a consultation questionnaire is completed. I have a link on my website, which allows clients to fill it in directly.

This allows me to get a brief overview of what the client is after, and their budget. I find that having this information to hand before booking in a consultation has greatly helped my business.

Before that, I used to send the questionnaire by email for them to complete via word. So it can be used in many ways.

In this download, I share with you the questions I ask clients at the initial phase. The download comes clear of formatting, with the questions set out in a table in Word. You can therefore personalise it as you wish.
